Mr Craig Tucker

Director, Governance & Risk and Finance Committee Member (2016–present)

 

Craig has managed his own company and consults as a mining expert to the insurance and legal professions.

Craig completed secondary school at Geelong College before graduating as an engineer from Federation University (formerly Ballarat School of Mines). Craig has worked in mining operations across Australia and internationally with BHP and North Limited, including governance roles in audit and risk management. Since 2001, Craig has managed his own company and consults as a mining expert to the insurance and legal professions. Craig is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Craig and Helen have three children who are all at university – Damon, Bradley and Sophie – with Sophie attending Star of the Sea College from 2014 through 2019. With his background in risk, Craig joined the Governance and Risk committee in 2016 and was appointed to the College Board in 2019.
