Mr Paul Vine

Director & Chair of the Governance and Risk Committee (2021–present)

Paul has over 30 years’ experience spanning legal and governance functions in industry and legal practices.

He has held senior executive in-house legal and governance roles in healthcare and financial services, following an early career in legal practices in London and Melbourne. Paul is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also has a passion for coaching, having worked with a leading performance coaching consultancy and in his own coaching business.

Paul’s family has a long association with Star, with his wife Nicole having attended the college, their eldest daughter graduating from Star in 2020 and their youngest daughter joining year 7 in 2021. Paul joined the Governance and Risk Committee in 2018 and became Chair of that Committee in 2021, along with joining the Board.
