Our Board

The Star of the Sea College Board is a volunteer group of exceptional professionals who meet regularly throughout the year. The Board ensures sound financial management of the College and governance across all critical areas.


Ms Lisa Dwyer

Lisa’s extensive corporate experience provides our school with valuable insights and direction. Lisa graduated from Star of the Sea College in 1986. She studied computer programming at Vicotria College and Japanese at Monash University and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Scientific Information Services.

Mr Paul Vine

Director & Chair of the Governance and Risk Committee (2021–present)

Paul has close to 30 years’ experience spanning legal and governance functionsin industry and legal practices. He has held senior executive in-house legal and governance roles in healthcare and financial services, following an early career in legal practices in London and Melbourne.

Michelle graduated from Star of the Sea College in 1990 and completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Monash University. She brings over two decades of expertise in the financial sector to her position as Chair of the Star Finance Committee.
