Director & Chair Finance Committee (2023–present)
Michelle is a banking executive specialising in property finance. She leads the national Commercial Real Estate business for NAB Business Bank, with teams who provide banking solutions for property investment and development customers across the country.
She is a regular host and panelist for events and webinars that focus on all sectors of the commercial property market, providing insights and trend analysis.
Michelle graduated from Star of the Sea College in 1990 and completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Monash University. She brings over two decades of expertise in the financial sector to her position as Chair of the Star Finance Committee. Michelle joined the Board in 2023.
With a keen interest in social justice and sustainability, Michelle is actively involved in Affordable Housing and Green Lending initiatives. She is passionate about gender diversity and sponsors female talent programs in banking. Michelle is also a mentor for aspiring female leaders.
Embodying a blend of professional acumen and social consciousness, Michelle contributes meaningfully to the College and is a valued member of our Board.
