Carly appears regularly in matters before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Planning Panels Victoria and the Heritage Council.
After completing her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degrees at Monash University, she commenced work as a barrister, specialising in planning and environmental law, with a particular focus on heritage matters.
