Memories came flooding back as past students returned to Star last week for a special morning tea. The ever popular, ‘More than 50 Years’ annual event was a big success with a large number of students returning to Star to reconnect, share treasured memories and heartwarming conversations.
Past students, who attended Star prior to 1974, also enjoyed touring the refurbished Heritage Building, which was previously the Presentation Sisters’ Convent and boarding school.
Enthusiastically singing the school hymn was also a highlight which was ably led by Year 11 students, Tessa and Grace, members of the Star Community Choir, and talented guests.
